I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were very clean and well-stocked with a variety of snacks in the minibar, although having no window was a downside. The view of central Erbil and the citadel was lovely from some rooms.

Staying on one of the top floors of the busy street in the old central business district and Old Fort, my experience was both spacious and quiet. The service, especially from Heval and Yasmeen, was exceptionally friendly and professional, enhancing my overall stay. The location, just a 15-minute walk from the Citadel, surrounded by kebab restaurants and small market shops, was brilliant for exploring. However, the dining experience during Ramadan was amazing with fresh and vegan options, making breakfast the highlight of my day.
